Meet Christine
Christine Woodall is a comprehensively trained Pilates instructor, personal trainer, and nutrition coach with over 10 years of experience helping clients build strength, flexibility, and resilience. Using her extensive knowledge of movement and anatomy, Christine tailors each session to address individual needs, including injury recovery, post-surgery rehabilitation, and specific physical challenges. Certified by the Pilates Method Alliance and the National Academy of Sports Medicine in both personal training and nutrition coaching, she also holds Barre and TRX certifications. Christine’s education spans neuro-movement, Pilates for Multiple Sclerosis, and trauma-informed teaching.
